Welcome

First things first… I love yoga!

I’m a yoga teacher with 200-hours of training.  In addition I am trained in the practice of restorative yoga, as well as yoga and somatics. I love to share my practice, guiding my students to develop and explore yoga for themselves.

I gain so much from yoga, moving through asana (postures), to meditation, to pranayama (breath work) and karma yoga. So much of my practice benefits me both on and off of the yoga mat.

You will find me teaching online and also in person at studios around Sussex in the UK.

Class Styles

I regularly teach Vinyasa flow, Hatha flow and Restorative yoga online and face-to-face. If you’re unsure of these yoga styles, you’ll find little descriptions below.

Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice.

Hatha Flow

Hatha yoga is the foundation of yoga, practicing postures to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Incorporating breathing techniques and meditation to enhance the mind body connection.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga practice is very relaxing and calming for the body and mind. The practice encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.

Testimonials

  • Fiona’s yoga sessions are very effective and have really helped me to increase my flexibility. She makes you feel relaxed and comfortable and has a very motivating style without making you feel that you have to push to levels that your body is not ready for. Thank you Fiona I have loved your sessions and look forward to joining you for more in the future.

  • Feedback wise – this 5 week yoga course was the best wellbeing activity I’ve ever done at OneFamily and I really enjoyed the structure of it being on multiple Tuesdays and getting out of bed for it each week, it was an amazing start to the day.
