Join me for this hour of relaxing, resting restorative yoga practice.
Restorative yoga practice is very relaxing and calming for the body and mind. This practice encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
You join me for an hour of slowing down and taking the opportunity to open your body through supportive, passive stretching. Restorative yoga is very different to other yoga, in restorative we create the conditions to enter into deep relaxation.
No previous yoga experience is necessary for this class. The class is completely floor-based and very mindful and calming.
What do I need for class?
- Yoga mat
- Pillows / Cushions* x 2
- 1 yoga bolster (or 3 Cushions*)
*Cushions/Pillows can be from your bed or sofa, no ‘special’ yoga props are necessary.
Once I start the class, I will mute all audio, so you don’t need to worry about any background noise affecting everyone else.
Remember you can turn off your video or have your device angled slightly away from you. It is important you feel safe and comfortable in your practice.
