Great for beginners or those who want to refresh the basics, Yoga for All is a slower paced class appropriate for all levels, bodies, ages and abilities.
You will be guided through a gentle warm-up and standing poses to build strength. We’ll then play around with a little balancing, wind down with floor-based stretches, and end with savasana to ease you into deep relaxation.
Suitable for all levels, and especially for those who want to slow down and move mindfully to restore.
