Restorative Yoga is the gentlest type of yoga. Supporting the body with props and holding each floor-based posture for 5-15 minutes to gently open the body, calm the nervous system, and slip into deep relaxation.
Suitable for all levels, and especially for those who want to slow down and move mindfully to restore.
