Starting on Thursday 8th April. A weekly 60 minute yoga class, (9am – 10am) happening across 5 consecutive weeks.
This class offers a gentle, steady yoga practice. It is perfect for you if you’re new to yoga, or if you’re a regular yogi looking for a mindful practice.
What do you need: Yoga mat, comfy clothes you can easily move around in, blanket and cushion
Dates: 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th April and 6th May 2021.
Where: Online class via Zoom
How much: £55 per person for the 5-weeks*
